Saraswati Plastotech India Pvt. Ltd. employs novel technology and state-of-the-art machinery from Omipa Spa. The company has set the highest standards for extruding polycarbonate sheets, PC ABS alloy and blended sheets, PETG and speciality ABS PMMA (acrylic) co-extruded sheets. We produce UltraliteTM and Polymac Polycarbonate sheets which are double sided, UV coated and most suitable for interior and exterior applicaton.

Besides our plant and machinery, we are currently producing and running at a capacity of more than 15000 tonnes annually. We procure most of the basic raw materials and speciality UV coatings from world leaders in the global industry, like Makrolon. To elaborate, we procure polycarbonate resin from CovestroTM India for extruding polycarbonate and blended sheets and SpectarTM PETG Resin and UV coatings from Eastman Chemicals to produce PETG sheets, as well as an additional set-up for thermoforming and fabrication on the shop floor for the purpose of market development of value-added articles made from extruded sheets. Furthermore, we are equipped with a fully functional and state-of-the-art QC and Testing Department for the post-processing of the sheets along with the application development in various segments.
